We offer Refunds as per the policy below:
5.0 Refunds
5.1 - We offer refunds on return of the products, under clause 1.0, 2.0 or 6.0 of the Returns Policy, if we are unable to provide an exchange/replacement for an item within 6 weeks. We cannot provide a refund for change of mind. To learn more access our Returns Policy here.
5.2 - Late or missing refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving (in case where an exchange or repair is not possible) the return to the original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
