Returns policy

We offer exchanges, refunds and repairs to our items if they meet the below criteria.

1.0 If a size does not fit

1.1 - *We offer Exchange of products for the same product in a different size if they do not fit and are returned to us within 14 days. We  will offer a refund if we are unable to provide an exchange within 6 weeks of receiving the returned product. In this case, return shipping to Manwalk USA (Dallas) or Australia (Melbourne) (which ever location suits you) has to be borne by the customer. First shipping (original purchase) to the customer and second shipping on exchange (one-way) is free to the customer. Please be aware products with custom initials and special orders are not eligible for returns for sizing issues. We recommend you order your initials on the products only if you have purchased from us before and are sure about your size.

1.2 - To minimise returns we strongly recommend you ascertain correct shoe size and width according to our size guide before you order. We have a size guide available in both millimetres (metric) and inches (imperial). If you order shoes as per our size guide then it is highly unlikely they won't fit you.

If you are unable to ascertain your size then get in touch with help@manwalkshoes.com and we will guide you.

1.3 - *We can only accept for exchange items that are returned within 14 days of delivery and are in original factory mint condition and packaging. Goods must not have any creases, scuff or wear marks on the upper or outsole or any other areas, and must be unaltered. Belts that have been shortened or have holes added, or altered in any way are ineligible for returns. Wallets and bags should also be in original and factory condition without any scratches, scuff marks, damage or alterations. Items received that are not in factory mint condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please use a soft surface such as rug or carpet to try on your shoes, which will easily scratch if you walk around on hardwood or concrete. Please use a shoe horn while trying on your new shoes to avoid de-shaping the shoe topline.

2.0 If a product is faulty or defective

We offer free repair of faulty items against a manufacturing defect within a reasonable time frame. A fault or defect is not normal wear and tear that results from use. If we deem an item to be non-repairable then we offer a replacement for the product within 6 weeks of receiving the faulty item. We offer free shipping for all items that fall under this category. Products can be returned to a US (Dallas, TX) or an Australian address (Mel, VIC) according to Customer's convenience.

3.0 Change of mind returns

Our products being Made to Order we do not offer change of mind returns.

4.0 The process

4.1 - Please email us at help@manwalkshoes.com for all exchanges that fall under clauses 'If a size does not fit' (Clause 1.0) and  'If a product is faulty or defective' (Clause 2.0 ) with the following:

i. Order number

iii. Reason for return

iii. Photos of product from all angles

iv. Your preferred return location (Dallas-USA or Melbourne-Australia)

v. We will then approve the return and request you to return the product to us.

vi. We might reject the return and return the items at customers cost if they do not meet the conditions set out in clause 1.3 / 2.0 (as applicable)

4.2 - Once the product is returned it will be inspected by us to ascertain its condition. If the return meets the relevant returns criteria as outlined above at clause 1.3 and 2.0 then the return will be accepted. We will then proceed with exchange or repairs according to clauses 1.0 / 2.0 and provide you with the exchange / repaired item in 6 weeks time. 

5.0 Refunds

5.1 - We offer refunds on return of the products, under clause 1.0 or 2.0, if we are unable to provide an exchange/replacement for an item within 6 weeks. We cannot provide a refund for change of mind.

5.2 - Late or missing refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving (in case where an exchange or repair is not possible) the return to the original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6.0 Order Cancellations

Generally, order cancellations are not possible for Made to Order products. However, if you wish to cancel an order that was placed within the last 24 hours then get in touch with us at help@manwalkshoes.com and we will try to cancel order if the production process hasn't started.

7.0 Shipping on return and exchanges

7.1 - One way Shipping to customer for returns falling under clause 1.0 (If a size does not fit) is free.

7.2 - One way Shipping to customer for returns falling under clause 2.0 (If a product is faulty or defective) is free.

7.3 - Please be aware the customer will be responsible for Return shipping to Manwalk. Products will have to be returned to either a US (Dallas, TX) or an Australian address (Mel, VIC).

7.4 - If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We cannot exchange or offer a refund for an item that we have not received.
