SHIPPING INFORMATION MANWALK

We ship all over the world. Majority of our customers are from the US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and EU. Our shoes being MTO are mainly shipped from our facility in Spain. However, some products might be shipped from the country of purchase.  

1.0 DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please note our carrier does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or business address, with a business name. The best address to provide is one where someone will be present to sign for the delivery within business hours. If there is no-one present to sign for the delivery on arrival, a card will be left by the carrier and you will need to contact the courier provider to arrange a re-delivery or visit your local post office. Parcels will not be left by the courier unattended, without a signature.

2.0 SHIPPING TIMES

Our shoes being Made to Order (MTO) are usually delivered between 2 and 6 weeks*. We have two types of MTO Shoes:

i. Std MTO: Delivery of these shoes usually takes 5-6 weeks*.

'Std MTO' (Standard MTO) collection has a wide variety of offerings which is considerably more designs than 'Xpress MTO"

 

ii. . Xpress MTO: Delivery of 'Xpress MTO' shoes usually takes around 2 weeks. This collection has lesser designs that 'Std MTO' However, in rare cases delivery can take up to 5 weeks.

Delivery & Returns section of each product mentions the shipping time for the product.

*The above shipping times do not factor in delays due to any Custom clearances.

*There may be delays during sale events & Christmas break, as we expect a high volume of orders to come through at this time. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team for any shipping enquiries at  help@manwalkshoes.com

3.0 TRACKING YOUR PURCHASE

Confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped, including a tracking number and courier provider name (usually DHL).

4.0 SHIPPING RATES

4.1 First shipping is complimentary for all orders.

4.2 Customer will be responsible for Return shipping to Manwalk. Products will have to be returned to either an Australian (VIC) or a US (TX) address for exchanges (irrespective of where they have been shipped from). 

4.3 Second shipping to the customer for size exchanges is free.

4.4 Shipping of repaired items and replacements is also free.


SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For shipping charges on returns and exchanges please refer to our returns policy 

Free shipping includes any #Customs charges & duties by the Governments of the following countries. if any.

USA - If order value is under USD 800 limit

Australia -   If order value is under AUD 1000 limit

New Zealand -   If order value is under NZD 1000 limit

Canada -   If order value is under CAD 1000 limit

Europe - If order value is under Euro 600

#We will reimburse the buyer for any custom charges incurred (proof needed) for the above countries if they adhere to above order value and order under a personal name (non -business).

Free shipping does not include customs charges and duties for the countries not listed above. Customers from India are likely to face heavy customs charges (around 42%).
